Growing up, I've always felt a spiritual connection and an innate knowing there was so much more to life than what I was taught. Through the challenges and loss I've experienced throughout my life, I knew there had to be a "purpose for the pain".  After losing both of my parents to "dis-ease" and my brother in a tragic accident, I felt an immense void and prolonged sadness.  There seemed to be an everlasting feeling of grief and loneliness. I now know that the suffering I endured from childhood  and on set me up to become the person I am today.   Shifting my awareness allowed me to honor my past and heal my emotions. Learning that I was never truly alone finally brought a glimmer of hope into my broken world. I was able to see that I wasn't a victim of circumstance and instead a beacon of light for those who choose to heal. It has been my purpose to continue on this healing journey and lovingly assist others as well.

My love for helping individuals and this immense fascination with the powers of the mind has led me to further my education into psychology, hypnosis and metaphysics.  I decided to go for it and dive right into my passion. I found the work of Dolores Cannon in 2010 and fell in love.

 

I have since received my certification as a Level Two Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) practitioner and have started the in-depth training as a Level Three QHHT Practitioner. I'm also a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) practitioner, Regressionist, Reiki Master, 5D Life Coach and EFT/TFT Practitioner.

In 2019 Next Level Hypnosis was formed and I have been honored to provide hundreds of individuals the guidance and support needed to harness their true power for alignment, balance and healing. Through these techniques I've seen uniquely powerful healing experiences for so many individuals. Bearing witness to these divine practices not only fills my heart and purpose but also assists me on my healing journey as well. "As we heal, they heal."

I have also found amazing support and community in being a member of the International Association of Counselors/Therapists (IACT), the Energy Medicine Professional Association and Quantum Healers Association.

Understanding how to use the mind, body, emotions and spirit to facilitate healing is key to opening our limitless abilities.  I cover these core areas in relation to the whole so that you can truly heal, activate your spiritual power and make transformational changes in your life.
