Growing up, I always felt a deep spiritual connection and an intuitive knowing that there was more to life than what I had been taught. Through the challenges and losses I experienced throughout my life, I often felt there had to be a greater “purpose for the pain.”

After losing both of my parents to illness and my brother in a tragic accident, I experienced an immense sense of loss, sadness, and loneliness. For a long time, grief felt like a constant companion. Looking back, I now understand that the experiences I faced throughout my life helped shape the person I am today.

​

A shift in awareness allowed me to honor my past, understand my experiences from a new perspective, and begin healing the emotions I had carried for so long. Discovering that I was never truly alone brought a renewed sense of hope and meaning into my life. I began to see that I was not simply a victim of circumstance, but someone who could transform adversity into purpose and become a source of light and support for others on their own healing journeys.

That realization became a guiding force in my life. My purpose is to continue my own journey of growth and healing while compassionately supporting others as they reconnect with their inner wisdom, strength, and potential.

My passion for helping others, combined with a lifelong fascination with the power of the mind, led me to explore psychology, hypnosis, and metaphysics. In 2010, I discovered the work of Dolores Cannon, and it resonated with me on a profound level. I knew I had found a path that aligned deeply with my interests and calling, and I decided to fully pursue this passion.

Since then, I have earned my certification as a Level Two Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) Practitioner and have begun advanced training toward Level Three. I am also a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) Practitioner, Regressionist, Reiki Master, 5D Life Coach, and EFT/TFT Practitioner.

In 2019, I founded Next Level Hypnosis. Since then, I have had the honor of supporting hundreds of individuals as they explore their inner worlds, reconnect with their personal power, and create greater alignment, balance, and healing in their lives.

Witnessing the deeply personal and transformative experiences of those I work with has been one of the greatest gifts of this journey. Every person’s path is unique, and I feel privileged to provide a safe, compassionate space where individuals can explore their experiences, gain new perspectives, and discover what healing and transformation can look like for them. In supporting others, I continue to grow and heal as well. As I often say, “As we heal, they heal.”

I have also found tremendous support, connection, and community through my membership in the International Association of Counselors/Therapists (IACT), the Energy Medicine Professional Association, and the Quantum Healers Association.

My approach is rooted in the understanding that the mind, body, emotions, and spirit are interconnected. By exploring these dimensions as a whole, we can create greater awareness, uncover limiting patterns, reconnect with our innate wisdom, and open ourselves to meaningful transformation.

This work is my true passion. It is with deep gratitude that I have the opportunity to empower others to step into their potential, embrace their personal journey, and remember the wholeness and wisdom that already exists within them.
